Women's Classes
For women concerned about their personal safety yet intimidated by the male-dominated image of martial arts, Wing Chun Kung Fu is the ideal solution.
As the only martial art invented by a woman, Buddhist nun, Ng Mui, Wing Chun does not rely on size and strength to be effective.
The secret to achieving proficiency in the art is to relax and turn an attacker’s force against him, a skill more physiologically suited to women.
The International Wing Chun Academy offers a safe and encouraging learning environment for women of all ages and walks of life.
