endorsement from Grandmaster Tsui Seung Tin which translates as
follows:
"I am Tsui Seung Tin, closed door student of the legendary Wing
Chun master, Yip Man. I have been teaching students for over 20
years. I hereby certify that Jim Fung has been training under me
since 1960.
He has finished all levels of skill and has reached the standard
of proficiency necessary to set up his own school.
Jim Fung is a deep thinking and diligent student and has been
researching and studying Wing Chun with great achievement.
He is no doubt one of the best Wing Chun masters of our
lineage."
